Comfort in the heart of Almaty

I had a delightful stay at Ibis Almaty Jetisu, where the attentive staff made me feel welcomed. The breakfast was a highlight, featuring a delightful array of freshly made dishes that energized my mornings.

The shower's water drainage was consistently poor, making the experience less enjoyable. the noise from the street could be distracting if you're a light sleeper.

Comfy rooms with some basic amenities, decent for a good night’s sleep. The location is central, making it easy to explore nearby attractions.

Noise from the street is an issue, especially if you're staying in rooms facing the road. Shower drainage is poor across multiple rooms. it really detracted from the experience. Limited room amenities, with inadequate towels and toiletries for more than one person. The front lobby has strict security measures after midnight, which can hinder a relaxed atmosphere mingling at night.

What an absoluteley mediocre stay! the shower's drainage is horrible, so I had to rush my showers, which felt so luxurious, right? the 'premium' double room, which I thought woudl ve been elegant, was so noisy I could hardly relax. I almost gave a good review, then realized I deserve better. so disappointing!

Had an amazing time! The room came with air conditioning, a minibar, and a flat-screen TV. Loved the spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower and complimentary toiletries. The fitness center was a nice touch too. Breakfast had plenty of options to energize my mornings.
